Good access to Hahndorf's main street made it easy to explore shops and dining options. The room had basic facilities like a microwave and fridge, which added convenience. Enjoyed some privacy, but noise from adjoining units sometimes interrupted the stay. Disappointed by the water pressure in the shower, and the fittings seemed outdated. The bed felt saggy and probably needs replacing soon. It would have been nice to have a better seating arrangement since only one chair was provided at the dining table. Wi-Fi worked well, but the overall upkeep could improve significantly. No onsite reception made check-in and assistance challenging.

Room layout needs improvement!!! The in-room phone was out of service, making contact with reception a hassle!!! The outdoor seating area was dirty, absolutely not inviting!!! An upgrade of the bathroom facilities is overdue!!!

Cozy stay with charming gardens

My stay was comfortable and the room felt just as it was described. The gardens outside were beautiful and the suite had all the essentials I needed, along with great water pressure in the shower. the bed could use an upgrade for better comfort as it was a bit hard.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, free parking, and a coffee shop. On my first stay, the staff helped me print important documents, which I appreciated. I recommend enjoying the outdoor swimming pool. I'm coming back for a city break.

the lodge is perfectly situated with easy access to explore the area, and parking offsite made it a breeze. the poolside room was spacious and tidy. My wife loved the comfy bed. the wifi was the fastest i've ever experienced at a hotel!
